Receptionist/Inventory Controller, Full Time

Work Schedule

Monday-Friday (8am-5pm or 7:30am-4:30pm)

You may have noticed that the used car market is blowing up which is why we need someone with an administrative background who understand data entry, tracking, and reporting functions, along with having the personality traits of confidence and an eagerness to learn.

A Day in the Life
  • Operate the telephone switchboard to answer, screen, and forward calls
  • Provide information to customers, taking messages, and scheduling appointments over the phone and in-person
  • Prepare the daily bank deposit, stocks vehicles and provide administrative support
  • Complete website updates and maintain databases
A Great Attitude will get you 90% there, for the rest, were looking for
  • Outstanding over the phone and in-person customer service skills
  • Highly organized and accurate, with excellent multi-tasking skills
  • A willingness and ability to learn new methods and systems
  • A solid understanding of Microsoft Outlook, Word and Excel
  • Accounts payable experience is considered an asset
