At Caesar's Steak House, our Reception team members are often the first point of contact for our guests -- whether over the phone or in person. As a vital part of our Front of House, you'll provide a warm welcome, manage reservations, and ensure every guest receives exceptional service from the very first interaction.
We are looking for approachable, friendly, energetic, and professional individuals who are passionate about hospitality and eager to contribute to a renowned dining experience.
Duties & Responsibilities
Answer and screen all incoming phone calls, direct them appropriately, and assist with guest inquiries
Provide accurate information regarding the restaurant (menu, hours, dress code, policies, etc.)
Greet and welcome customers courteously upon arrival
Maintain full knowledge of the food and beverage menus to confidently explain offerings
Record and manage reservations using our online reservation system in accordance with policy
Communicate with the Front of House Manager / Maitre'd regarding:
Reservation changes
Guest requests and special occasions
VIP guests and potential concerns or complaints
Interact with guests upon departure and inquire about their visit
Process deposits for reservations, gift cards, and take-out orders
Maintain cleanliness and presentation of the front lobby, reception area, and coat check
Keep reception and coat check areas stocked and organized
Manage coat check (all coat check tips go directly to the Reception team)
Maintain and update customer database within the reservation system
Uphold restaurant policies and procedures
Experience Requirements
Minimum 1 year of related hospitality or customer service experience
Experience with reservation systems such as SevenRooms or OpenTable
Familiarity with Squirrel POS
Experience using Eigen payment terminals
Experience with Eigen X-Dine for take-out orders is an asset

Additional Information
Primary location is our Downtown restaurant, but additional hours may be required at our Willow Park location based on operational needs.
