Receptionist/Greeter

, you will provide a friendly, welcoming and efficient service to all Capital Ford Lincoln customers, while reflecting the premium quality of the company.

A Day In The Life...



Greeting all customers warmly upon entry, assist, and guide them to the appropriate department or sales representative. Answering basic questions regarding the dealership, such as business hours, services available, and facility locations. Guiding customers to their next point of contact, such as the sales team, service department, or waiting area. Ensuring the front lobby and customer areas are neat, clean, and welcoming. Providing refreshments, reading materials, or other comforts to customers while they wait. Gathering basic customer information (e.g., name, vehicle interest) and relay it to sales or service staff. Communicating effectively with sales, service, and management teams to ensure smooth transitions and coordination of customer flow. Answering incoming calls during front desk staff breaks or absences, redirecting them to the appropriate department or team member. Reporting daily customer traffic, inquiries, and any relevant feedback to management. Assuming general office duties, including correspondence, emails, filing, to ensure the smooth running of the reception area. Assisting in dealing with customer complaints in an effective and courteous manner and providing solutions as quickly as possible. Supporting administrative and special projects requirements, as assigned. Ensuring safety policies, standards, and procedures are followed to achieve a safe work environment and safety for all staff, customers, and vendors. Additional responsibilities as assigned, subject to periodic adjustments to align with company objectives.

What You Bring To CAG...



Strong interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to make customers feel welcome and valued. Friendly and approachable demeanor, with a willingness to assist and support customers. Ability to manage multiple tasks and ensure the lobby area is kept organized and presentable. Capable of handling various tasks, including greeting customers, answering basic questions, and managing customer flow. Focus on customer needs and ensure all areas remain in top condition. Competency in Microsoft applications including Word, Excel and Outlook. Identifies and resolves problems in a timely manner. Ability to work well in a team environment. Observing safety and security procedures and reports potentially unsafe conditions; uses equipment and material properly. Excellent punctuality and attendance with a commitment to consistently arriving at work on time.

What We Require From You...



Previous experience in a customer-facing role (such as hospitality, retail, or another customer service position) is an asset. 1+ years' experience in an office setting or completion of an Office Administration course is an asset. High School Diploma or equivalent. Record of Conduct. Ability to stand for extended periods, perform light physical tasks, and lift items up to 25 lbs.

Hours of work: Monday-Friday 8:00am-4:30pm
