\xc3\x98 Coordinate office activities and manage company information in a central location by completing a range of clerical tasks. \xc3\x98 Organize the office transition; manage movers, oversee packing and movement of the office items, communication of deadlines and arrangements, \xc3\x98 Manage office space and associated tasks; mail, building services, photocopiers, office supplies\xe2\x80\xa6 \xc3\x98 Greet visitors and answer phones. \xc3\x98 Manage company documents and share as needed. \xc3\x98 Maintain an employee database. \xc3\x98 Assist with basic recruitment tasks. \xc3\x98 Maintain supply levels by checking inventory; anticipating needed supplies and placing order as needed. \xc3\x98 Run errands as needed; purchase office suppliers or other items. \xc3\x98 Basic data entry. \xc3\x98 Track expenses for office relocation project. \xc3\x98 Assist with coordinating meetings and office events \xc3\x98 Carry out administrative duties such as filing, scanning, minutes or meeting summaries, etc. \xc3\x98 Handle sensitive or confidential information. \xc3\x98 Other duties as required.
