Job Description
The Davis Clinic for Oral and Facial Surgery is a comprehensive oral and facial surgery practice in Thornhill, ON. Our office is an esthetic, state-of-the-art outpatient surgical facility. We are expanding again and currently seeking another valuable team member!
Position Description:
This is a 4-5 day/week position reporting to the Office Manager. This individual's responsibilities will include:Interacting with patients, staff and referring doctors Scheduling patients Billing and collecting payment from patients and third-party insurers Word processing transcribed letters to patients and referring doctors Printing and scanning documents and radiographs Updating Electronic Medical Records Ensuring that office supplies are in-stock Participate in Continuing Education events Keeping the office space clean and tidy
Qualifications:
The successful candidate will have exceptional organizational and interpersonal skills and a minimum of two years' experience working in the dental or medical setting. Proficiency in using dental office management software, CDAnet, ITRANS and Microsoft Office is required. The successful candidate will be able to multi-task and work both independently and as part of a team. Experience working in an oral surgery office would be an asset. HARP Certification is also highly desirable (but not a necessary) qualification.While we consider all applications equally, only qualified applicants will be contacted to schedule an interview.

Pay: $25.00-$32.00 per hour
