The role of the Customer Service/Receptionist is to deliver high quality customer service in all areas of the park to ensure that all customers and participants have an enjoyable and safe experience. The Customer Service/Receptionist will take direction from management in carrying out delegated tasks and adopt a leadership role in areas assigned to him/her as required.
DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES: FRONT DESK/RECEPTION/PARTY HOST
Host birthday parties in accordance with Funvilla guidelines, providing exceptional service throughout the event and ensuring thorough cleanup upon its conclusion.
Deliver prompt, friendly, and exceptional customer service at all times.
Answer phone calls promptly and provide the necessary information and assistance as requested.
Perform cleaning duties effectively and efficiently to ensure a clean and organized environment.
REQUIREMENTS:
Must be 15 or older.
Should be able to work a flexible schedule during open hours, including weekdays, holidays, and weekends
Capable of remaining in a stationary position or moving throughout the park for extended periods to support guest services, operational needs, and safety protocols.
Comfortable communicating and engaging with staff and guests frequently in a fast-paced, noisy indoor environment.
Job Types: Full-time, Part-time
Pay: $17.20-$18.00 per hour
