Maple Leaf Wheelchair is seeking a friendly, organized, and dependable Receptionist / Customer Service Representative to join our team. This role is the first point of contact for our customers and plays a key part in providing excellent service to individuals, families, and healthcare providers.

Responsibilities
Greet customers and visitors in a professional and welcoming manner
Answer incoming phone calls and respond to customer inquiries
Assist customers with information about products and services
Process paperwork, and vendor records accurately
Communicate with internal staff to ensure smooth daily operations
Maintain a clean, organized reception area and office area
Provide compassionate and respectful service to all customers
Qualifications
High school diploma or equivalent
Previous receptionist or customer service experience preferred
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Basic computer skills (email/ data entry/microsoft office
Ability to multitask and stay organized in a busy environment
Professional, friendly, and patient demeanor
Bilingual skills are a plus (but not required)
