Wellness Receptionist/Concierge
, you will play a key role in creating this environment. With your enthusiasm, attention to detail, and willingness to learn, you will help uphold the high standards that define Oasis Wellness. In return, we provide the tools, training, and support you need to succeed.
Key Responsibilities
First Impressions Matter:
Maintain a pristine and professional front-of-house experience--from curbside to front desk.
Dress code: Professional attire is required (e.g., no ripped jeans; undergarments must not be visible).
Assist with decor and retail displays.
Ensure a clean and organized environment at all times.
Client Experience:
Welcome guests with eye contact and a warm, non-judgmental greeting.
Offer refreshments when available (ProServe certification required within the first few months).
Service & Product Knowledge:
Develop thorough understanding of services, pricing, and products to guide and inform clients confidently.
Administrative Excellence:
Ensure accuracy in appointment bookings, direct billing, and check-in/check-out procedures.
Managing confidential medical files in a timely manner.
Handle phone and email communications professionally and efficiently.
Maintain laundry.
Assist with maintaining a clean environment.
Manage social media interactions and contribute to online presence.
Client Relations:
Demonstrate the ability to de-escalate challenging situations calmly and respectfully.
Process client payments accurately, including cash-outs and end-of-day reconciliations.
Team Contribution:
Collaborate with colleagues and contribute to a positive, team-oriented environment.
Show initiative and a willingness to learn on the job.
Preferred Qualifications
Bilingualism is considered a strong asset.
Valid ProServe certification (or willingness to obtain).
Experience in front-desk or client-facing roles.
