Office Front Desk & Bookkeeper Wanted for New Automotive Shop!
We're a brand-new automotive shop looking for a highly organized and detail-oriented individual to join our team as an Office Front Desk & Bookkeeper. As the face of our shop, you'll provide exceptional customer service, manage front desk operations, and help us get off to a great start.
Responsibilities:
- Manage front desk operations, including answering phones and greeting customers
- Book appointments and manage schedules
- Handle customer inquiries and payments
- Maintain financial records, including invoicing and accounts payable/receivable
- Provide excellent customer service and support
Requirements:
- 1-2 years of experience in administrative or bookkeeping role (automotive experience a plus!)
- Proficiency in accounting software and Microsoft Office
- Excellent communication and customer service skills
- Strong organizational and time management skills
