We're looking for a friendly, organized Receptionist & Bookkeeper with
Sage
experience to be the first point of contact for our office and keep our books running smoothly.
Key Responsibilities
Answer and route phone calls; greet clients
Prepare and send invoices; record payments (Sage)
Enter and reconcile expenses; assist with A/R and A/P (Sage)
Maintain client files and general office documents
Schedule appointments; manage calendars and email
Assist with general office tasks (photocopying, scanning, supplies)
What You Bring
1-3+ years
bookkeeping experience with
Sage
(required)
Comfortable answering phones and speaking with clients
Strong accuracy and attention to detail; confidential with information
Proficient with Microsoft 365/Google Workspace; fast typist
Asset: experience in a small office or legal/ professional services setting
Asset: bilingual (English/French)
Schedule & Pay
Monday-Friday, 8:30-4:30 (flexible); part-time considered
Compensation:
commensurate with experience
; benefits after probation
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $18.62-$20.00 per hour
Expected hours: 40 per week
