We are seeking a professional and organized Receptionist/Assistant to join our team. This role is vital in providing exceptional customer service, managing administrative tasks, and supporting daily office operations. Responsibilities



Greet visitors and clients with professionalism and courtesy at the front desk Manage multi-line phone systems, handle incoming calls, and direct inquiries appropriately Perform data entry tasks accurately using Microsoft Office, Google Workspace, and QuickBooks Maintain organized filing systems for documents, records, and correspondence Schedule appointments and manage calendars for staff or departments Assist with administrative duties such as proofreading documents, preparing reports, and maintaining office supplies Provide customer support by answering questions and resolving issues efficiently Support bookkeeping activities including basic invoicing and record keeping for financial transactions Ensure the office environment remains tidy and welcoming

Qualifications



Proven clerical or administrative experience, preferably in a medical or dental office setting Strong computer skills with proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel), Google Workspace, and QuickBooks Excellent organizational skills with keen attention to detail Ability to handle multi-line phone systems with professional phone etiquette Experience with data entry, filing, proofreading, and general office procedures Exceptional customer service skills with a friendly and professional demeanor Knowledge of medical or dental office operations is a plus but not required Strong typing skills and ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently Prior experience in customer support or front desk roles preferred

Job Type: Part-time

Pay: $17.38-$21.79 per hour
