AYF Law Professional Corporation is a full-service firm provides a broad range of legal services and expert counsel in multiple areas.

With the firm continuing growth and expansion, we now need one Legal Administrative Assistant

to join our team. Candidate will work at our primary office located at 3601 Highway 7 E, Suite 1104 Markham ON L3R 0M3

Salary

: $40,000 - $50,000 per annum

Hours

: 40 hours per week, 52 weeks per year

Duties

:

Answer and direct incoming calls Daily and routinely interact and communicate with clients Assist lawyers with all administrative duties as directed Coordinate lawyers' schedules and keep office organized Set reminders for lawyers for various deadlines and key timelines Assist with clients' consultations including greetings clients, photocopying of documents, keeping record of meetings etc. Keep record of clients confidential information and documents in compliance with the firm's privacy procedures and protocols Response to general inquiry emails and allocate to the responsible lawyers for specific inquiries; Work co-ordinate with other staff in various duties Manage the firm's social media accounts on a regular basis to keep it updated Draft articles, social media posts and assist in managing and updating social media advertising (Facebook/Instagram/WeChat, Xiaohongshu etc.) Assist in producing marketing materials including brochures, flyers, online marketing, social media posts, etc. to continuously build our brand

Requirements:



Education: College diploma or university degree or above

Language: English and Mandarin are required

At least six months of experience in a fast-paced office environment

At least six months relevant administrative assistant experience

Ability to solve problems with strong personal initiatives

Connections and networking with certain communities is a strong asset
