You will be the first point of contact for clients, vendors, and team members -- your professionalism, punctuality, and communication skills must set the tone for the rest of the business.

Duties and Responsibilities
Greet and assist visitors in a courteous, professional manner
Answer and route phone calls, take accurate messages
Schedule appointments and manage calendars
Perform accurate data entry and maintain records
Organize and file documents for quick retrieval
Help with administrative and customer support tasks as needed
Follow up on inquiries and ensure no task is left incomplete
Experience
Previous office experience is required
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and Google Workspace is essential.
Familiarity with QuickBooks is a plus.
Strong organizational skills with attention to detail for accurate data entry and filing processes.
Excellent phone etiquette and customer service skills to enhance client interactions.
