We are currently seeking a friendly, upbeat, and positive Front Office Receptionist to be the welcoming face of our firm and an integral part of our close administrative team.

The Role



This role is ideal for someone who enjoys interacting with people and takes pride in creating a warm, organized, and professional office environment. You will be the first point of contact for clients, visitors, and callers, and will play an important role in ensuring the office runs smoothly day-to-day.

While the primary focus is reception and client experience, the role also includes light administrative support as part of a collaborative team.

Key Responsibilities



Greet clients and visitors in a friendly, professional, and welcoming manner Answer and direct phone calls and emails with professionalism and care Manage a multi-line phone system and ensure calls are handled efficiently and courteously Maintain the front reception area to ensure it is tidy, organized, and welcoming Assist with general office administration such as processing payments, handling incoming and outgoing mail, and basic document coordination Perform data entry and basic clerical tasks as required Support the administrative team with day-to-day tasks as needed Contribute to a positive, respectful, and team-focused office culture

What We're Looking For



A naturally friendly, upbeat, and positive personality Proven experience in an office environment, including clerical or administrative roles Strong computer skills, including proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel), Google Workspace, and data entry Experience with multi-line phone systems and strong phone etiquette Strong communication and interpersonal skills Professional demeanor and attention to detail Organized, reliable, and proactive Comfortable interacting with clients and working as part of a team

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: $20.00-$26.00 per hour

Expected hours: 37.5 per week
