About Seko Construction
We focus on the design, permitting, and construction of commercial, industrial, dealership, aviation, recreational, first nations, and seniors assisted living developments in Western Canada. We are a proud partner of the Permasteel Group of Companies which has been in business since 1953. Our offices are located in Calgary, Edmonton, Vancouver. Our goal is to meet with clients who are considering a new building, educate them about the construction process as it applies to their ideas, advise them as to the type of construction that best suits their needs, and establish a price for construction that best serves their resources.

Role Overview


Represent our brand to all external parties, welcome visitors to our office in Richmond and provide administrative support across various departments and functions.

The ideal candidate is a team player with a positive attitude, exceptional attention to detail, and great communication skills.

Duties and Responsibilities



Live in Metro Vancouver (greater Vancouver area), BC Handling incoming calls and other communications Greeting clients and visitors as needed Manage mail/couriers Managing filing system, updating paperwork, and any other official documents Organize and maintain general presentation and cleanliness of office common areas Assist with filing, photocopying, working with suppliers, running errands outside of the office Other general administrative and secretarial support services as required Support accounting team

Qualifications



High school diploma or equivalent Ability to work well on a team Comfortable multi-tasking Detailed-oriented Comfortable with spreadsheets and basic accounting Excellent written and verbal communication skills Minimum 30 WPM Proficient in using Microsoft: Word, Excel, PDF Exchange, & Outlook Warm personality with strong communication skills Collaborative and service oriented Organized
