We are seeking a highly organized, detail-oriented and enthusiastic Receptionist to join our team. As the first point of contact for our office, you will play a crucial role in providing excellent customer service and ensuring smooth operations through email, phone and face-to-face interactions. The ideal candidate will have strong administrative skills, be proficient in phone systems, and have a passion for delivering exceptional customer service. They will also perform a variety of clerical and administrative tasks in order to support and ensure that services are provided in an effective and efficient manner.

Our company is looking for a receptionist whose job responsibilities include but are not limited to:
Answering the phones and emails
Scheduling appointments
Following up on missed or cancelled appointments
Maintaining confidential information
Organizing and putting away office supplies
Filing documents
Checking in clients
Assisting with clients
Communicating and working with Referral companies
Ability to work the hours required
Strong work ethic, organizational skills, efficient, flexibility and time management
Highly organized and detail-oriented
Strong communication skills
Ability to work independently and wear multiple hats to create growth
Experience with Microsoft Office/ Excel/Google Docs
Examples of Duties
Greet all patients/visitors to the office and answer/direct inquiries
Responsible for answering all phone calls and email queries from existing and referred companies
Schedule and confirm appointments for clients
Contact and schedule potential new patients
Provide office support services, including filing, faxing, scanning documents, photocopying, data entry
Develop professional, respectful relationships
Maintain the cleanliness of the office
Qualifications:
Above average interpersonal, oral & written communication skills
Pervious experience in reception is considered an asset
Demonstrated effective problem solving, critical thinking & the ability to prioritize in a office environment

Position NOT ideal for Students- Office Hours are Monday-Friday 8am-4:30pm.
