We are currently looking for a friendly and professional Receptionist to join our team. The ideal candidate will have previous experience as a receptionist in a real estate office and have excellent communication skills. A successful candidate will be responsible for greeting clients, booking showing appointments, editing and adding listings to the MLS., as well as replying to emails from agents.
Responsibilities:
Operate a switchboard.
Answer and direct telephone calls.
Book viewing appointments and confirm same.
Input property listings to the MLS system.
Send faxes and make photocopies.
Communicate effectively with staff and clients using email, telephone, letter, and face-to-face meetings.
Be detailed oriented.
Be able to use a computer (Excel, Word, etc.).
Have good people skills.
Job Type: Part-time Part-time hours: 16 per week
