Job Summary


We are seeking a dedicated and organized Receptionist to join our team. The ideal candidate will require exceptional customer service while managing reception /administative operations. This role requires strong clerical skills, proficiency in data entry, and the ability to handle multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities



Answer calls in a friendly and professional manner. Manage incoming calls using phone systems, directing them to the appropriate personnel. Perform data entry tasks accurately and efficiently. Maintain organized records and files, ensuring all documents are up-to-date. Managing calendars for staff members. Provide clerical support to sales staff as needed. Handle customer inquiries and provide information about services offered. Ensure desk area is tidy and presentable at all times.

Skills



Proficient in data entry with attention to detail. Computer skills, required. Excellent clerical abilities including typing speed and accuracy. Effective customer support skills with a friendly demeanor. Familiarity with office phone systems and front desk operations. Ability to multitask and prioritize responsibilities in a busy environment.
Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $18.00-$18.50 per hour

Expected hours: 37 per week
