We are looking To HIRE a Part Time Client Coordinator/ RECEPTIONIST POSITION.

MUST be available (Mon, WED, FRI) Serious applicants only. If you are not available DONT apply. Hours are 2:30 PM-6:30 PM, Sat 10 AM-3:00 PM.

Interviews via zoom if chosen then in person for training

We are looking for the following qualifications:

Experience running front desk individually

Experience with Administration, Logistics, Public Relations, Advertising (MUST).

Experience and interest in marketing and promoting the business

Responsibilities

Welcome patients to the office; verify patient demographics, book follow-ups, process payments and various other receptionist duties.

Answering multi-phone lines, reminder calls, checking voicemail and returning calls.

Able to work a flexible schedule with some weekend clinics

Maintain a neat and clean work environment and professional appearance.

Maintain a professional appearance in accordance with the dress code.

Maintain a polite and professional manner on the phone as well as keep a detailed record of all calls and messages that come into the clinic.

Ensure that all appointments are confirmed in advance.

Knowledge of current issues, trends and best practices in relation to the Cosmetic and Skin Care industry.

Job Types: Part-time, Permanent

Pay: From $18 per hour

Expected hours: 15-20 per week

Schedule:

Monday, Wednesday & Friday 2 Saturdays per month
Supplemental pay types:

- Commission pay base don sales

Bachelor's Degree (preferred)
