Job Summary


We are seeking a professional and organized Receptionist/Administrator to join our team. The ideal candidate will serve as the first point of contact for clients and visitors, manage administrative tasks efficiently, and support office operations. This role requires excellent communication skills, strong organizational abilities, and proficiency with various office management tools. The Receptionist/Administrator will ensure smooth daily operations and uphold a positive image of our organization.

Responsibilities



Greet visitors and clients in a courteous and professional manner at the front desk Manage multi-line phone systems, screen calls, and direct inquiries appropriately Schedule appointments, maintain calendars, and coordinate meetings using Google Workspace or Microsoft Office tools Perform data entry, filing, and document proofreading to ensure accuracy and organization Handle correspondence via email and phone, providing exceptional customer service and support Manage office supplies inventory and place orders as needed Assist with bookkeeping tasks using QuickBooks or similar software Support administrative tasks such as typing reports, maintaining records, and supporting office management activities Provide customer support by addressing inquiries promptly and professionally Maintain confidentiality of sensitive information and adhere to office policies

Qualifications



Proven experience in office administration, clerical work, or customer service roles Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook) and Google Workspace applications Strong computer literacy with excellent typing skills and data entry accuracy Experience with QuickBooks or bookkeeping is a plus Excellent phone etiquette with the ability to handle multi-line phone systems effectively Bilingual abilities are preferred to assist diverse client needs Strong organizational skills with attention to detail and time management capabilities Ability to proofread documents accurately and maintain high-quality work standards Previous experience as a medical receptionist, dental receptionist, or personal assistant is advantageous Knowledge of office management practices and administrative procedures is desirable

Pay: $18.00-$20.00 per hour
