Overview


We are seeking a professional and organized Receptionist/Administrator to join our team. This role is vital in ensuring smooth daily operations, providing exceptional customer service, and maintaining an efficient office environment. The ideal candidate will possess strong administrative skills, be proficient in office management tools, and demonstrate excellent communication abilities. Bilingual skills are a plus, and previous office or clerical experience is highly valued. Duties



Greet visitors and clients in a courteous and professional manner at the front desk Manage multi-line phone systems, direct calls, and handle inquiries efficiently Schedule appointments, manage calendars, and coordinate meetings using Google Workspace and Microsoft Office tools Perform data entry, maintain accurate filing systems, and update records regularly Handle incoming and outgoing correspondence, including proofreading documents for accuracy Assist with bookkeeping tasks using QuickBooks and other accounting software as needed Support office management tasks such as supply ordering, filing, and document organization Provide excellent customer service support via phone, email, or in person Maintain a clean and organized reception area to promote a welcoming environment Perform administrative duties such as typing reports, managing calendars, and supporting personal assistant functions if required

Experience



Previous office management or administrative experience preferred Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and Google Workspace applications Experience with QuickBooks or similar bookkeeping software is advantageous Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask effectively Excellent phone etiquette and customer service skills Bilingual abilities are highly desirable to serve diverse client needs Familiarity with front desk operations, multi-line phone systems, data entry, filing, and proofreading is preferred Experience in medical or dental receptionist roles is a plus but not required Personal assistant or calendar management experience will be considered an asset
This role requires a detail-oriented individual with excellent communication skills who can efficiently manage multiple administrative tasks while providing outstanding support to clients and team members.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $17.20-$31.31 per hour

Expected hours: 40 per week
