We are seeking a dedicated and professional Receptionist to join our team. The ideal candidate will be the first point of contact for our clients and visitors, providing exceptional customer service while managing a variety of administrative tasks. This role requires strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to multitask effectively in a fast-paced environment. Experience in a medical or dental office is a plus.
Responsibilities
Greet clients and visitors warmly, providing an excellent first impression of the company.
Manage multi-line phone systems, directing calls appropriately and taking messages when necessary.
Perform data entry tasks accurately and efficiently, maintaining up-to-date records.
Handle filing and organization of documents to ensure easy retrieval.
Assist with bookkeeping tasks, including invoicing and payment processing
Provide customer support by addressing inquiries and resolving issues promptly.
Maintain the front desk area in a tidy and welcoming manner.
Utilize Microsoft Office and Google Workspace for various administrative tasks, including typing correspondence and proofreading documents.
Support other administrative staff with clerical duties as needed.
Skills
Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and Google Workspace.
Strong computer skills with experience in data entry and clerical work.
Excellent customer service skills with a focus on phone etiquette.
Organizational skills to manage multiple tasks efficiently while maintaining attention to detail.
Typing proficiency with a focus on accuracy for data entry tasks.
Experience with multi-line phone systems is essential.
Familiarity with QuickBooks for bookkeeping purposes is preferred.
