The Opportunity:

We're looking for a

Clinical Receptionist/Administrator

to join our team. This role is ideal for someone who is confident in customer service, organized, detail-oriented, and driven by sales performance. If you're someone who thrives in a fast-paced, client-focused environment and is looking for long-term growth, we'd love to hear from you.

Key Responsibilities:

Warmly welcoming clients and setting a positive tone for their visit Managing appointments, answering inquiries, and maintaining client records POS system operation and handling product sales/upsells Filing charts and maintaining client privacy and data integrity Assisting in ordering inventory and tracking stock levels Supporting clinic cleanliness, opening procedures, and general upkeep Assisting management with daily administrative tasks and special projects Booking clients across multiple clinic locations, including virtually Maintaining and promoting Solange's brand image and environment

Requirements:

Minimum

1 year of experience

in a clinical reception, administrative, or similar customer-facing role

Strong sales background

is a significant asset Proficiency in

Excel and POS systems

Knowledge of medical charting and spa/clinic booking systems preferred High attention to detail, initiative-taker, team player Must adhere to the clinic's professional

dress code and brand standards
