Greet clients warmly and professionally upon arrival.
Answer phone calls, respond to emails, and handle appointment scheduling.
Handle payments, issue receipts, and reconcile daily transactions.
Maintain cleanliness and organization of the front desk and waiting areas
Provide clients with basic information about treatments, promotions, and clinic policies.
Administrative Support
Coordinate with aestheticians and medical staff to ensure smooth treatment flow.
Assist with inventory checks and ordering of front desk supplies.
Monitor treatment room readiness and assist with light cleaning or restocking when needed.
Sales & Client Engagement
Promote service packages, seasonal offers, and retail products.
Upsell skincare products and educate clients on at-home care routines.
Fluency with verbal communication- communicating clearly and confidently is a must
Social Media & Marketing Support
Create and schedule posts for social media.
Respond to comments, DMs, and online inquiries in a timely, professional manner.
Collaborate with clinic management to plan monthly content calendars.

Pay: $18.00-$22.00 per hour
