We are seeking a dedicated and professional Receptionist to join our team. The ideal candidate will be the first point of contact for our clients and visitors, providing exceptional customer service and administrative support. This role requires strong clerical skills, proficiency in communication by phone and email, and the ability to manage various administrative tasks efficiently. The Receptionist will play a crucial role in ensuring smooth office operations and maintaining a welcoming environment.

Responsibilities



Greet and assist clients and visitors as they arrive at the office, ensuring a positive first impression. Manage incoming calls, directing calls to appropriate personnel and taking messages when necessary. Perform clerical duties including filing, data entry, and maintaining organized records. Provide customer support by addressing inquiries and resolving issues promptly. Scheduling appointments, managing calendars, and managing scheduled tasks. Proofread correspondence and other documents to ensure accuracy and professionalism. Assist with administrative tasks as needed to support office operations. Entry-level bookkeeping (data-entry).

Requirements



Previous experience as a receptionist or in a similar administrative role is preferred. Strong clerical skills with attention to detail and accuracy. Excellent customer service skills with the ability to communicate effectively both verbally and in writing. Proficient in using phone systems and computer software, including Microsoft office. Ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously while maintaining a high level of organization. Experience in a accounting office setting is a plus but not required. Bookkeeping skills are a plus but not required. A proactive attitude with a willingness to learn and adapt in a dynamic environment.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: $20.00-$23.00 per hour
