Overview


We are seeking a professional and organized Receptionist to join our team. The ideal candidate will serve as the first point of contact for visitors and callers, providing exceptional customer service and administrative support. This role requires strong communication skills, proficiency with office software, and the ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently. Experience in front desk settings is a plus, but not mandatory. The position offers an opportunity to work in a dynamic environment where organizational skills and attention to detail are highly valued.

Responsibilities



Greet visitors and clients warmly, ensuring a positive first impression Manage multi-line phone systems, directing calls appropriately and taking detailed messages Schedule appointments and maintain calendars using Microsoft Office and Google Workspace tools Perform data entry and maintain accurate records using QuickBooks and other office software Handle filing, document management, and general clerical duties such as photocopying and scanning Support administrative tasks including proofreading documents, managing correspondence, and organizing files Assist with billing, bookkeeping, and basic bookkeeping tasks as needed Provide excellent customer service by addressing inquiries promptly and professionally Maintain a tidy front desk area and ensure all office supplies are stocked

Skills



Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook) and Google Workspace applications Strong computer skills with the ability to learn new software quickly Experience with data entry, filing systems, and clerical procedures Excellent customer service skills with professional phone etiquette Ability to handle multi-line phone systems efficiently Organizational skills with keen attention to detail for proofreading and document management Prior experience in medical or dental office settings is advantageous but not required Knowledge of QuickBooks or bookkeeping experience is a plus Strong typing skills for efficient data entry and correspondence management Ability to work independently while managing multiple priorities effectively
Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $15.00-$17.00 per hour

Expected hours: 40 per week
