Job Description

We are seeking an ambitious Receptionist/Office Administrator for our Burnaby location. This is an entry level position with lots of opportunity for growth.

The duties and responsibilities include, but are not limited to:



Welcomes customers and visitors to our branch

Handles all incoming calls by answering or referring inquiries

Coordinates incoming and outgoing mail

Maintains reception area in clean and tidy manner at all times

General office tasks (filing, payment processing, data entry, etc.)

What we're looking for:



Excellent organization skills, and verbal and written communication and interpersonal skills

Ability to self teach

Ability to work as an independent team member

Good multitasking, prioritizing, and time management skills etc.

Must have experience working under minimal supervision
