We're looking for a motivated and organized individual to join our team as a Receptionist / Administrative Assistant / Appointment Coordinator -- the first point of contact for our valued customers.
Responsibilities:
Greet and assist clients in person, over the phone, and via email in a professional and friendly manner
Coordinate and schedule client appointments for test drives, financing, and sales consultations
Maintain and update client records in our CRM system
Support management and sales teams with administrative tasks and daily operations
Prepare and organize client documents, contracts, and follow-up communications
Manage incoming inquiries from ads, social media, and lead forms -- ensuring quick and professional replies
Help keep the office organized, clean, and welcoming
