We're currently seeking a Receptionist/Administrative Support person to
join our team in Vaughan. In this role, you'll provide essential support to the
Finance Department with a focus on Reception, order processing and general accounting
administration.
You'll play a key role in ensuring day-to-day operations run smoothly across our
network of more than 25,000 clients, from small businesses to large
enterprises.

Key Responsibilities
Reception
Support the Finance Department with accounting-related tasks.
Assist in maintaining accurate financial records and client billing
Work closely with internal teams to ensure client needs are met promptly and
professionally
Provide general administrative and accounting support as required
What We're Looking For
Minimum 2 years of experience in an office-based accounting or administrative role
Bachelor's Degree from a recognized university or equivalent
Strong written and verbal communication skills in English
High attention to detail, with the ability to multitask and prioritize effectively
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (especially Excel); experience with QuickBooks an asset
