KMT THE LEARNING GROUP is committed to offering guidance and solutions through therapy, counseling, and many psychological services offered in-person or online, our dedicated practitioners are here to assist you throughout your journey. We work with children, youths, adults, and families locally and nationwide. We address issues relating to mental health, addictions, anxiety, depression, learning disabilities, attention deficit hyperactivity disorder (ADHD), behavioral, emotional, vocational, and academic concerns, mood, and depression. Also, individual, family therapy, and marriage (couples) counseling. We are searching for a motivated, driven, and experienced candidate to conduct the following tasks:

  • Manage incoming phone calls (screen, organize, facilitate, and direct each call) as required.
  • Utilize scheduling software.
  • Write and distribute emails, correspondence memos, letters, faxes, and forms.
  • Pull information used for appointments, file charts, reports, and other correspondence.
  • Enter and track client data and client information changes.
  • Act as the point of contact for internal and external clients
  • Greet all guests and staff upon entry to the office.
  • Assist with managing front office deliveries when needed.
  • Assist in the maintenance and appearance of the waiting area.
  • Assist with front office administrative tasks.
  • Other responsibilities and accountabilities as assigned by management.
You must have the following experiences:
  • A post-secondary education in a medical office/business administration
  • 5+ years\xe2\x80\x99 experience in an office manager/receptionist/customer service role
  • Previous experience in medical office/business administration
  • Attention to detail and ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
  • A professional customer service attitude
  • A creative approach with a can-do attitude
  • Effective problem-solving skills
  • Previous experience in medical office/business administration
  • Well-developed skills using Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook) and a publishing program (e.g., Microsoft Publisher)
  • Ability to communicate in a sensitive and non-judgmental manner, effectively and tactfully, both in person and by telephone. Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Ability to maintain composure while handling multiple tasks, frequent interruptions and stressful situations.
Job Type: Full-time Salary: $16.00-$25.00 per hour Benefits:
