Mondo Foods Co. Ltd, is a well-established Whole Food Distributor
We are seeking a Receptionist and Administrive Assistant to look after our customer service requirements for both Walk-in customers and phone in orders.
Daily duties Include:
Anwering the multi-line phone system and forwarding calls to all departments.
Greeting Walk in customers and visitors and providing support for taking their orders, creating and work ticket, distributing to the warehouse for filling and then completion of invoice and payment collection.
There is a Cash box and POS payment terminal to use and maintain daily, so proficiency with cash handling etc is required.
Support the Order Desk with taking phone in orders for deliveries to Foodservice customers. Completing the work orders for Warehouse filling and subsequent invoicing.
Filing of Accounts Receivable and Accounts Payable invoices.
Assist Management and the Sales Department staff with Administrative support.
Maintain the Postage Meter and prepare items for daily mailing.
Complete Courier Paper work for packages to be sent out.
Assist with ordering office supplies.
Assist with Weekly emailing of customer's flyers, and monthly mailing of statements.
Requirements:
Must have excellent customer service skills. Friendly and outgoing.
Excellent English skills
Experience in answering a multi-line phone system and paging/forwarding calls.
Experience in data entry, Microsoft programs
Desire to be part of a busy dynamic team.
Basic Office administration skills, with e-mailing, faxing, filing.
the Position is Full-Time Permanent, Monday to Friday 8am to 5pm. (1 Hours lunchbreak)

Pay: From $17.00 per hour
Expected hours: 40 per week
