has part-time receptionist openings available immediately. Reporting to the office manager, this administrative role involves greeting clients, booking and scheduling appointments, and supporting the mission and growth of the company.
The ideal candidate is a self-directed learner with a diligent work ethic, excellent organizational, interpersonal, and communication skills, and a strong desire to be a collaborative team player.

Join a dynamic team of registered dietitians and therapists, working as their main support person.
Customer Service + Administrative Job Duties:
Greeting clients as they arrive
Booking & scheduling clinician appointments
Coordinating clinic room space
Responding to telephone inquiries and emails
Setting up and processing insurance claims for direct billing clients
Taking payment
Basic data entry and faxing
Unlocking/ locking up the clinic
Light duty cleaning
Working conditions:
Hours:
12-20 hrs/week. Must be able to work a combination of 9 a.m.-3 p.m. and 12 p.m.-7 p.m. on Wednesdays and Thursdays, as well as 4-hour shifts two Saturdays per month.
Flexibility:
Ability to take on additional hours to cover for other administrative team members when needed.
Location:
Head office at 605 Des Meurons Street.
Compensation:
$16.00/hour.
YOUR SKILLS:
Ability to work both independently and as part of a team
Strong customer service and organizational skills, with proven multitasking ability
High attention to detail and accuracy
Skilled in managing office tasks, including booking and scheduling, managing client files, processing payments, and handling billing/invoicing
Adaptability in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
A genuine interest in helping others and an engaging, personable attitude, especially on the phone
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills paired with a diligent work ethic
Strong computer and typing skills
QUALIFICATIONS
Receptionist or administrative support experience is preferable
Knowledge of medical insurance billing and the use of Jane EMR is preferred.
