Project Management Firm seeking Administrative Assistant/ Receptionist for a full-time term position starting June 2025 through July 2026. Hours required are Monday through Friday, 8:30 am - 4:30 pm. Responsibilities include answering phone and operation of switchboard, fax and photocopier use, greeting of clients, filing, arrangements for courier delivery and other daily office tasks. Working knowledge of Microsoft Word, Microsoft Excel, and Outlook required.

Duties Include:
Answering the phone and operation of switchboard
Using Microsoft Word, Microsoft Excel, Outlook
Operating the fax/photocopying machine
Receive and distribute daily mail
Arrange for courier pick-ups and deliveries
Typing letters, memos, reports, proposals
All filing responsibilities
Office daily/meeting duties, re: greeting guests, coffee and refreshments
