Job description We are seeking an outgoing, friendly, and professional individual who will be the first interaction patients have with our clinic! Our perfect candidate for this position would excel at interacting with patients and completing administrative duties efficiently as a part of our team in a fast-paced positive work environment. Experience in a medical office or similar setting is an asset but not a must. We will provide full training. Candidates must apply by submitting their resume with a cover letter. Responsibilities: Welcoming and greeting patients, checking them in an out of their appointments. Answer telephones, schedule appointments, answer or refer all inquiries. Collect payments and direct bill patient\'s insurance plans. Maintain patient accounts and records by obtaining, recording, and updating required information. Maintain patient confidentiality of personal information. Open and closing office duties, including next day preparation. Assist the management with miscellaneous administrative tasks. Maintain a neat and clean work environment and professional appearance. Other duties as assigned. Requirements: Strong organizational, communication, and customer service skills. Personable, friendly, and team oriented. Respect for patient and clinic confidentiality. Organizational abilities: detail-oriented, diligent, tidy, fast learner, critical-thinker. Technical prowess: word processing, phones, faxes, printers, and clinic management software. High School Diploma or equivalent is required. Job Type: Full-time Salary: Up to $29,000.00 per year Benefits:
