Responsibilities:
Greet and welcome guests upon their arrival at the office
Answer, screen, and forward incoming phone calls
Control office access via the reception desk
Managing workers hours
Generating excel sheets
Perform clerical duties - filing, photocopying, manage office supplies
Responsible for receiving and sorting of daily mail
Manage Courier shipments (inbound and outbound)
Preparing and completing routine forms, correspondence, reports and messages
Data entry
Filing and organization
Other duties as assigned to assist office management
Day shift

Saisie de donnees
Classement et organisation
Autres taches assignees pour aider la direction du bureau
