Spinal Solution is a multidisciplinary clinic providing Chiropractic, Physiotherapy, and Massage Therapy services within the Walmart Clinic at Markham and Steeles. This is an immediate opportunity for qualified candidates to provide reception duties for our rapidly growing practice. The ability to manage competing priorities, be detail-oriented, and handle multiple tasks effectively will drive your success in this position. Roles and Responsibilities:

Exceptional Customer Service Skills

Excellent customer service and phone etiquette skills Positive energy and respectful attitude Confident with promoting and selling wellness services and products Ability to be resourceful and proactive in dealing with issues that may arise Ability to handle multi-line phone systems effectively

Duties and Responsibilities:

Scheduling, answering/routing phone calls and e-mails Inputting patient notes to EMR and billing Competency in explaining services to potential patients Ensure efficient operation of the clinic by managing all administrative tasks Must be able to Multi-task in a busy environment and be task-oriented

Assets

Experience with Practice Management Software (Walnut) Knowledge with Telus Billing Portal, MVA (Motor Vehicle Accident) claims, & WSIB Knowledge of medical and dental office environments is a plus Language: Cantonese/Mandarin & Hindi/Tamil.
