Job Summary: The Reception/Administrative Assistant will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to all visitors and customers of the used car dealership. This position will involve managing the reception area, answering phone calls and emails, managing customer inquiries, and providing administrative support to the sales and service teams. The successful candidate will be highly organized, detail-oriented, and possess excellent communication skills. This is a full-time position from Monday to Friday, with occasional weekends. Responsibilities: The Reception/Administrative Assistant will greet and welcome all visitors and customers to the dealership, answer and direct phone calls to appropriate personnel, and respond to customer inquiries in a timely and professional manner. The person will manage incoming and outgoing mail, faxes, and emails, coordinate with sales and service teams to ensure seamless customer experience, and manage dealership calendar and schedule appointments. The assistant will maintain and organize inventory of office supplies, provide administrative support to the sales and service teams, and perform other duties as assigned.
