Naturopathie Integrative Clinic is looking for a part-time receptionist for our location in Sylvan Lake. Currently, our Naturopathic Doctor and IV Nurse provide care at this location. We are a family-owned clinic quickly expanding, and we are looking for an enthusiastic and friendly administrator/ receptionist to join us!
Responsibilities:
Greet clients/patients and direct them where to go.
Answer and make phone calls in a professional and friendly manner.
Check and respond to emails with proper dictation and spelling in a professional and friendly manner.
Time Management/ Patient Confidentiality.
Process payment transactions, including direct billing for insurance, and issue receipts.
Scheduling appointments for a variety of health care practitioners at the clinic as needed.
Create and execute comprehensive marketing plans aligned with company goals, targeting the right customer segments.
Maintain optimal stock levels for medical products and supplements to ensure continuous availability without overstocking.
Place and track orders with suppliers, ensuring products are received on time and in the correct quantities.
Marketing: Oversee the development of content for various marketing channels, including social media, email campaigns, advertisements, and more.
Navigate and use our online booking system. Includes product/supplement sales, online booking and inventory.
Provide general administrative support as needed.
Maintain a clean and organized workspace.
What we are looking for:
Experience in office reception and/or administrative experience is an asset
Ability to work independently and efficiently, prioritize and multi-task
Excellent verbal and written communication skills with a friendly and professional demeanor
Proficient computer skills. Previous experience with scheduling software is an asset.
Demonstrated conflict resolution skills, displaying sound judgment and tact
Job Summary:
This part-time Administration/reception role will provide reception support during the Naturopathic Doctor's office hours (currently Monday to Wednesday). This role requires a blend of tasks, including balancing inventory management, customer service at the front desk, and marketing support. As the business continues to grow, the role offers opportunities for increased responsibilities and career development.
