Job Description

Real estate Franchise brokerage is looking for a part time time Receptionist/Office Administrator for our office in Surrey BC. It may be a full time in the future. We have a requirement to hire an individual who works well in a fast-paced environment, provides excellent communication and written skills, and completes tasks in a timely manner. Person should be creative, aggresive, committed who can handle reception duties and act as a front face of our organisation.

Position Requirements:



Real Estate related experience preferred but not required.

Real Estate related experience preferred but not required. Communicate with the agents in a pleasant and timely fashion and Assists realtors and visitors with queries and directs them accordingly. Checking and managing transactions with the transaction desk. Composes, prepares, ensures timely responses to a variety of routine written inquiries Ensures the office is always presented in a professional manner with attention to keeping board rooms and common areas organized and supplied as needed throughout the day; Reproduces office publications for use in training, sales meetings, compliance and marketing Aids in handling paperwork and administration of the transition activities related to new or terminated sales associates in the office Accurately enters and uploads listing contract data to the Real Estate Board Assists the Office Manager, Managing Brokers, and Broker Owners Prepares company marketing material as needed Tech-savvy, advanced computer skills, Word, PowerPoint, Excel, and all Social Media Platforms. Ability to problem-solve, excellent attention to detail and highly organized. Some Book Keeping Duties Other administrative duties as assigned by Team Leader or Manager

SOCIAL MEDIA, ADVERTISING & PROMOTION:



Create and post real estate/client-focused content for Facebook, Twitter, LinkedIn, YouTube and Instagram Manage and create content for marketing campaigns Optimize email newsletters, manage company's social media accounts, website, Mailchimp and other intranet platforms. Co-ordinate delivery of marketing and follow up to ensure timely and correct delivery
