As our Receptionist/Administrative Assistant, you will work closely with the executive team to help with the administrative tasks. You must be committed to ensuring that all executive level personal and business tasks are completed accurately and on time. This position is perfect for an experienced professional who is looking for an opportunity to learn about the executive suite of a growing company. Responsibilities:
  • Act as the first point of contact for office visitors and employees.
  • Answer telephone calls and direct calls to appropriate parties.
  • Assist with daily office supplies orders.
  • Assist with processing new personnel requests (i.e. Employee ID, Contracts, Health Insurance Enrollment, etc.).
  • Maintain files.
  • Input data into spreadsheets.
  • Maintain confidentiality of personnel information.
  • Enter time card information into payroll system.
  • Answer questions from other departments regarding office events/activities.
  • Perform other duties as assigned.
Job Type: Part-time
Part-time hours: 32 per week Salary: $18.00-$19.00 per hour Benefits:
  • Paid time off
Schedule:
  • Monday to Friday
Supplemental pay types:
  • Bonus pay
  • Overtime pay
Work Location: One location
