- Repondre et diriger les appels telephoniques en temps opportun et de maniare professionnelle
- Travailler efficacement dans un environnement dynamique- saEUR(TM)assurer de ne pas manquer daEUR(TM)appels, tout en travaillant avec des clients en clinique
- Accueillir et aider tous les patients, en favorisant une atmosphare amicale et accueillante
- Fournir une variete de services de soutien administratif aux divers secteurs de la clinique
- Participer a la planification des rendez-vous des patients et veiller a ce que tous les dossiers des patients soient ordonnes et a jour
- SaEUR(TM)assurer que la clinique soit propre et ordonnee pour favoriser un environnement de travail productif
Qualifications
- Experience de travail dans un rale daEUR(TM)administratif (preferable)
- Experience anterieure de travail dans un poste de service a la clientale
- Connaissance de niveau intermediaire de la suite Microsoft Office, y compris Outlook, la mise en forme de documents et les formules Excel
- Experience avec l'utilisation de Jane ou d'un autre logiciel de planification de cedule
- A l'aise avec la technologie et capacite a apprendre rapidement de nouveaux logiciels
- Competences linguistiques bilingues (franaais et anglais)
- Excellentes competences en communication ecrite et orale

- Answer and direct phone calls in a timely and professional manner
- Work effectively in a dynamic environment - make sure you don't miss calls while working with clients in the clinic
- Welcome and help all patients, fostering a friendly and welcoming atmosphere
- Provide a variety of administrative support services to various areas of the clinic
- Participate in the scheduling of patient appointments and ensure that all patient records are orderly and up to date
- Ensure that the clinic is clean and tidy to promote a productive work environmentQualifications
- Experience working in an administrative role (preferred)
- Previous experience working in a customer service position
- Intermediate level knowledge of the Microsoft Office suite including Outlook, document formatting and Excel formulas
- Experience with using Jane or other schedule planning software
- Comfortable with technology and the ability to quickly learn new software
- Bilingual language skills (French and English)
- Excellent written and oral communication skills
