Job Description

Our hospital is currently looking for a motivated, friendly, organized, reliable and compassionate professional with experience in a medical office setting to join our dedicated receptionist team.

Receptionist duties include providing exceptional customer service to our valued clients, reviewing and entering medical data, and able to multi-task in a fast paced clinical setting.

Applicants must be able to work various day shifts, which include Saturdays. Medical benefits and veterinary benefits are available after a 3-month introductory period.

Administrative Duties:

Scheduling Stocking supplies Sorting and sending mail Answering and routing phone calls Greeting clients
Financial Duties:

Processing payments Billing
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: $19.00-$21.00 per hour
