We are seeking a detail-oriented Receptionist/Administrative Assistant to join our multi-disciplinary healthcare team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for handling front desk reception and administrative duties in a professional manner.
Duties
- Greet and assist visitors in a friendly and professional manner
- Answer and direct phone calls using proper phone etiquette
- Perform data entry, filing, and many other administrative tasks
- Schedule appointments and maintain calendars
- Manage office supplies and equipment inventory
- Assist with proofreading documents for accuracy - Process/submit insurance claims on behalf of clients, SGI and WCB
Qualifications
- Experience in a healthcare office is preferred but not required
- Require proficiency in MS Office and other office software
- Strong customer service skills with excellent communication abilities
- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively
- Knowledge of front desk operations and administrative procedures
- Strong organizational skills are essential
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $18.00-$19.50 per hour
Expected hours: 36 per week
