The administrative assistant position interacts with customers on a daily basis, and is often the first point of contact that our customers have with Stockdales. Primary responsibilities include the following: - Answering calls on a multi-line switchboard - Processing invoices - Processing and recording of customer payments - Preparing daily deposits - Transaction entries into company inventory system - General office duties The ideal candidate will have an outgoing and energetic personality. They will demonstrate good organizational skills and have a strong knowledge of Microsoft Office. A Business Diploma or Office Administration Certificate would be a definite asset.
