WHO WE ARE

Blue Water Wash, a division of Steve's Livestock Transport,provides industrial cleaning for livestock trucks and trailers as well as custom washing of RVs, farm equipment and heavy machinery.

THE ROLE

Deliver outstanding customer service and manage all administrative responsibilities with a focus on accuracy and efficiency. Strong communication skills, a positive and flexible attitude, attention to detail, and a consistent commitment to supporting both colleagues and customers are essential for success in this role.

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES

Greet and welcome visitors to the office Answering and redirecting incoming phone calls Administrative tasks such as data entry and filing Reviewing Timecards Invoicing Organize and maintain files and records Process incoming and outgoing mail Managing office supplies and inventory Maintain a clean and organized reception area

SKILLS & EXPERIENCE

Strong organizational skills with high attention to detail Ability to work with minimum supervision in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment. Strong communication and interpersonal skills Strong commitment to customer service
