Pace provides Real Estate Sales, Property Management, Strata Management and Renovation and Maintenance Services to residential, commercial and resource sector clients. We specialize in the management of strata residential and commercial properties as well as strip malls, office buildings, rental apartment buildings and single unit condos and houses. Position: This position will appeal to a self-starter who loves to interact with a wide variety of people. It\'s a busy role with multiple, competing demands on your time. The position is reception and administrative tasks related to Property Management. Great opportunity for the right person who is potentially interested in beoming a Liensed Property Manager and wants to try it out first. The individual will be responsible for: -booking appointments for viewings -property showings -preparing and posting notices -assisting with tenant and owner inquiries -answering phone calls and emails -typing letters and minutes -organizing maintenance and repairs -posting invoices -processing invoices -prepare letters and notices -filing -updating website -processing tenant payments -data entry -ordering supplies -managing the office cleanliness -processing mail -liasing with all departments -bank runs -occasional errands Why Work Here? Qualifications: A minimum of 2 years experience as an administrative assistant or receptionist Excellent communication skills, both verbal & written. Professional appearance and manner Strong computer skills with experience in Microsoft Office Suite. Ability to multi-task. Strong organization skills and proactive work ethic. Must have a clean, valid Clas 5 Drivers License and be comfortable with winter driving.
