Job Overview


We are seeking a dedicated and professional Receptionist/Administrative Assistant to join our team. This role is essential in ensuring the smooth operation of our office and providing exceptional customer support. The ideal candidate will possess strong organizational skills, a friendly demeanor, and the ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently in a fast-paced environment.

Duties



Greet and assist visitors in a courteous and professional manner at the front desk. Manage incoming calls using phone systems, directing calls to appropriate personnel or taking messages as necessary. Schedule, reschedule and cancel appointment with our Spa software. Utilize Google Suite for document creation. Provide customer service support by addressing inquiries and resolving issues promptly. Assist with administrative tasks. Maintain a clean and organized front desk area to create a welcoming environment for clients and visitors. Restock front of the Spa. Perform sales and up-sales of products/ services offered at Salon, Spa and Med.

Requirements



Proven experience as a receptionist or in an administrative role is preferred. Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively. Proficiency in Google Suite applications (Docs and Sheets). Experience in a medical office setting is a plus but not mandatory. Excellent customer service skills with a focus on providing support to clients and team members. Ability to type efficiently and accurately for data entry tasks. Strong attention to detail and ability to maintain confidentiality in handling sensitive information. Ability to work in busy environment. Welcoming Smile is a plus :)

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $16.23-$23.09 per hour

Expected hours: 25 - 35 per week
