We are looking for a dynamic

part-time

receptionist to join our lively team and help our Office Manager.

The responsibilities include managing daily administrative operations, ensuring the clinic runs smoothly, organizing schedules, and fostering a positive environment for both staff and clients.

Key responsibilities:

Operational Management:

Oversee daily operations, ensuring efficient workflow and a welcoming environment

?Scheduling:

Manage practitioner schedules, optimize appointment availability, and coordinate client bookings

Financial Management:

Handle insurance billing, take payments, and track accounts receivable.

Record Keeping:

Maintain accurate and organized patient records.

Client Relations:

Handle patient inquiries, complaints, and feedback professionally

Marketing:

May assist with social media & community engagement.

General Office Duties:

Ensure the office is clean, organized, and well-maintained.
Experience with

JaneApp

is an advantage.

The ideal candidate demonstrates excellent communication and customer service skills, along with strong organization and prioritization abilities.?
