JLL is currently seeking a dynamic and qualified individual for the role of Receptionist to provide reliable, timely, and efficient support to a diverse portfolio of properties in GTA West. This role will also provide administrative support and work closely with the VP, Office/Industrial Portfolio Management.
This position is on site 5 days/week in a very busy management office with a diverse group of internal and external stakeholders at all levels of the organization. The successful candidate will be detail oriented with strong organizational skills and a team player attitude as well the ability to plan, prioritize, and organize a diverse workload.
This is a one year contract that may lead to a permanent position.
