Job Description

Btrust head office in Oakville is hiring Receptionist/Administrative Assistant. Must be bilingual in both English and Chinese

Job Responsibility:



-Manage timely data collection to update operations metrics to achieve optimum efficiency

-Plan, coordinate and manage all administrative procedures and systems

-Develop, implement, enforce, and evaluate operational policy and procedures and make recommendations to strategic plans and reviews

-Stay up to date on industry regulations, trends, and technology

-Co-operate with HR team to ensure the regulations/policies are been properly executed.

-Over watch operation standards and expectations

-Over watch customer services performance to ensure the highest customer satisfaction

-Provide constructive feedbacks to management in any opportunity areas

-Maintain all documentation's filing and keep all files in a systematic order

Key Qualifications:



- Minimum 1 year of Office Administration experience

- Detail Oriented

- Strong Interpersonal and communication skills

- Excellent organizing skills to coordinate project activities

- Excellent Analytical skills to develop, implement and follow up operational procedures and policies
